Unique 1950s half hat / clamp hat. Does have some age stains, please see photos. Made of scalloped velvet pieces in shades of blue. Light blue feathers, light blue velvet bow. I'm not sure which is the front so I have shown it both ways. Fine net veil is disintegrated, could be replaced or removed, looks fine without it.
