Amazing 1930s black cloche hat. SIZE 23 inches. Made of both matte and shiny finely woven hat straw with a unique asymmetric design. Ornament with 2 large oval pieces of amber lucite or some other early plastic. Lined with thin black rayon fabric. Small fabric tag inside reads 'Mfg under Utility Code, 23.'
