Wonderful 1930s / 40s round wool hat with large feathers. SIZE 22 inches. Made of dark brown hat wool. Wide grosgrain ribbon around crown. 2 large straight feathers at right side. Inside stamped with 'Merrimac Hat Corp., 100% Wool, Made in USA.' Small fabric tag reads 'a yearounder, magically smart the year round.' In overall good condition - the fragile net veil is tattered and needs to be removed or replaced, the tips of the feathers are a bit ragged and there is a light mark on the very top. ***Photos taken with and without flash*** MEASUREMENTS: Inside circumference 22 inches Inside width 8.5 x 10 inches Outside height 6 inches
