Chick black 1950s half hat / clamp hat./ cocktail hat. Frame of covered wire with stiff fabric. Covered with wide black ribbon and black velvet pieces. Open top covered with heavy net. Entire hat covered with a wide black net veil. Didn't see any holes in it. Measures 11.5 x 6 inches across inside, tightly clamped. In good pre-owned vintage condition. ***Photos taken with and without flash***
