Adorable small round barrel purse using an early form of plastic called Catalin, which was invented around the same time as / is associated with Bakelite. Is the predecessor of Lucite. Faceted carved design. Lid closes with metal hinge and fastens at front center. Clear round bottom, large handle. Unlined, no tags / labels.
