Beautiful 1940s evening / dancing dress. SIZE S, chest to 37 inches. Made of drapey black rayon crepe fabric. Squiggly pattern in black sequins on front bodice. Slightly swingy skirt. Metal zipper on side. Unlined. Small fabric tag inside reads 'New York Creation, NY Dress Institute, Made Under Standards of ILGWU.' This organization started putting these labels in dresses in 1941. In wearable condition - one area of missing sequins on bottom left side of bodice and light hanger fade across shoulders (see last photos). ***Photos taken with and without flash*** MEASUREMENTS: Chest to 37 inches Waist to 28 inches Hips to 38 inches Length from top of shoulder to end 43.5 inches Width across back of shoulders 15.5 inches
