Breathtaking 1950s / early 60s formal dress, purchased in Australia. SIZE S, chest to 36 inches. In overall good condition with some light surface dirt - could use a dry cleaning. Strapless gown made of semisheer light red nylon, fitted sweetheart bodice flares out into full skirt. Rusching all the way down. Bottom layer of drapey light red satiny acetate fabric, large sheer nylon ruffle around bottom. Skirt is reinforced with a stiff white muslin fabric. Zips up side with a metal zipper. Has 2 small buttons where it seems a neck strap could be attached.
