Unique 1950s / early 60s hat. SIZE 22 inches. Brim made of bright blue velvet / velveteen over a stiff base. Crown is made of many large grosgrain ribbon bows, so part of it remains open. Grosgrain ribbon around inside. Tag inside reads 'Mr. John Jr. Celebrity.'
