Small silver metallic vinyl purse from the 1960s. Made of shiny silver foil vinyl. Unique double thin top handles. Middle section has silver metal clasp at top. Inside lined with black satin, matching black satin coin purse attached with cord. Stamped inside is HL USA. Sides are also open at tops for extra storage.
