Amazing 1930s cloche hat. SIZE 21 inches. Made of black wool hat felt. Large piece of brown ruched velvet fabric around front and down left side. This is covered with small orange metal dots. Something stamped in gold inside that is hard to read. Lined with thin fabric that might be silk - this has a few holes (see last photo).
