Chic fabric cap / beret style hat, probably 1950s. SIZE 21 inches. Made of black fabric with a slubby horizontal line texture like raw silk. 3 large prong set rhinestones on front left side. Lined with fabric. Fabric tag inside reads MSC, 23 but measures smaller.
