Cute 1950s small round perch / tilt hat. SIZE Marked 22, meant to perch on top of head, actual inside circumference 17.5 inches. Made of fine cream net over a stiff base. Swag designs around edge with muted sequins and small half moon shape sequins scattered across front. Lined with metallic gold fabric. Fabric tags inside say Fishman's Ft. Wayne and 22.
