Super cute and unique 1950s purse. Body made of a stiff frame covered with what feels like short pieces of light colored straw. Front covered with purple velvet and lilac ribbons. Gold painted seashells and small white faux flowers, sequins and glitter. Large half round handles wrapped in thin white and metallic gold wire. Inside lined with beige acetate fabric, one open pocket. Small fabric tag inside says Made in Japan. In overall good condition - some dark stains in lining (see last photo). ***Photos taken with and without flash***
