Chic 1960s bubble hat. SIZE Just over 21 inches. Made of dark blue raffia straw in a high round bubble shape, very small front brim. Top of hat covered with a net veil. Wide velvet ribbon down front with a goldtone metal chain ornament. Small garment workers tag inside.
