Cute 1980s dress. SIZE M, chest to 39 inches. Made of thin drapey polyester crepe fabric in a bright teal green color. Unique ribbed details on sides of bust. Floral cutout lace across top. Unlined, shoulder pads. Tie sash belt. Fabric tag inside reads Cathy Sue.
