Ultra chic wide brim wool tilt perch hat, probably 1930s /40s. SIZE Marked 22.5 inches but inside circumference measures smaller. I think this is supposed to perch on top of head. Made of black wool hat felt. Wide brim with jagged felt appliques around edge. Large thin bow on right side. Elastic strap to keep it on your head. Small fabric tag inside says 22 1/2.
