Great evening dress by designer Scott McClintock, probably 1990s. SIZE 4, chest to 34 inches. Top made of textured metallic fabric in an abstract floral print. Accents of green and red. Fitted bust with large shoulder pads. Skirt made of lush black velvet, zips up back.. Back of top if open with 2 large black velvet bows across. These fasten with buttons and hooks. Entire dress lined with thin black acetate fabric.
