Great late 1970s / early 80s cocktail dress. SIZE M, chest to 38 inches. Made of micropleated nylon or polyester fabric in dark blue. 2 tiers of fabric on dress and sleeves. Flares out flapper style with large beaded ornament on front bottom. No fastenings - pulls on over head. Fabric tag inside reads After Dark.
