Cute 1950s round black velvet hat with long feather, made to sit on top of head. SIZE 19.5 inches. Being sold AS IS due to moth damage on top of hat (see last photo), hard to see when it is on. Made of a stiff frame covered with black velvet. Velvet covered wire around edge, 2 Vs at sides to keep it on your head. Woven trim around edge with rhinestones and long black feather across top front. Wraparound black veil around front, I didn't see any holes in this. ***Photos taken with and without flash***
