Great 1950s bright blue feather half hat / clamp hat. Stiff net base with velvet covered wire. Covered with bright blue feathers. Back of hat covered with blue velvet, huge velvet bow across back. Small hatmakers union tag. In overall good condition - a few missing or ruffled feathers here and there. Measures 6 x 12 inches end to end across inside.
