Adorable short flouncy crinoline / petticoat, 1950s style but made later. SIZE Girl's L / Women's XS, waist 22 - 26 inches. Made of several layers of sheer red ruffled nylon. Covered elastic around waist. Tag inside says Made in Vietnam. In good pre-owned condition - 100 written very small in black marker at waist. ***Photos taken with and without flash***
