Amazing round velvet platter saucer hat, probably 1940 / 50s. SIZE 20.5 inches. A few small dents on top. Made of sleek black velvet. Covered wire around edge. Large leaf designs in tiny glass beads on front. Stiff built in clamp feature to keep it on your head, plus a thin elastic cord. Lined with black acetate fabric. Small tag inside reads 22 1/2 but measured smaller for me.
