Great 1950s red half hat / perch hat SIZE 20.5 inches. Made of a stiff base covered with nubby fabric in bright red. Large ornament of fabric daisies on one side. Covered wire around edge. Lined with thin black fabric, no tags. In overall good condition - some of the flowers are a bit ripped or bent.
