Chic and whimsical ring hat, probably 1950s. SIZE 19 - 19.5 inches. Ring made of a stiff base covered with red velvet. Covered with a red net veil with large velvet dots. 2 large flat velvet bows on top. Fabric tag inside from Stix Baer & Fuller, an upscale St. Louis department store.
