Great 1950s small saucer hat. SIZE 20.5 inches. Made of stiff blue fabric with a heavy linen type texture. Trimmed with white lace with small glued on rhinestones. Covered wire around edges with Vs on sides to help it stay on your head. Unlined, no tags.
