Classic large round black straw hat, probably 1950s / 60s. SIZE 21 inches. Made of finely woven lightweight black hat straw. Large round brim, wide black ribbon around crown with bow at back. Trimmed with a long black feather. Unlined, red ribbon trim around inside. Fabric tag inside reads Miss Bierner. Thin elastic cord to keep it on your head, this might be stretched out.
