Vintage Sweater Suit 1940s 50s Cranberry Red Wool Chenille Knit Skirt Set Bead Pearl Rhinestone Koldin Mid Century Rockabilly L a few mends

Gorgeous knit skirt set, probably 1940s / 50s. SIZE L, chest to 44 inches / hips to 40 inches. Made of soft stretchy knit chenille wool in medium to dark red. The exact color was hard to capture in the photos. Top has round faux pearl buttons down front and floral designs made of faux pearls, glass seed beads and prong set rhinestones on front. Back is plain. Sleeves a bit shorter than 3/4 length. Ribbed pull on skirt, no fastenings. Both pieces unlined. Fabric tag in top reads Koldin Original Knits, 100% Chenille Wool. In overall good condition - slight armpit discoloration that is hard to see when on, and skirt has a few small mends that are hard to see. ***Photos taken with and without flash***
