Great black velvet beaded cocktail hat, probably 1940s / 50s. SIZE 21.5 inches. Made of soft black velvet over a stiff frame in a large round cap style. Large leaf design on front of tiny faux pearls and glass beads. Lined with black fabric, no tags. Had a shredded front net veil that I removed. You might need hair pins to keep this on your head.
