Cute 1950s red velvet cocktail hat with veil. SIZE 20.5 inches . Made of a stiff frame covered with red velvet. Covered wire around edges, 2 velvet covered Vs at sides to keep it on your head, accented with velvet bows. Wraparound red velvet front veil. No tags. In good pre-owned vintage condition - I did not see any holes in the veil. ***Photos taken with and without flash***
